Adecco are a job recruitment and employment agency with global reach. As a long time client for Hutchhouse they re-engaged with Hutchhouse to produce their digital platform and guidelines. Due to the bellowing size of the organisation they needed a digital platform to go to for resources, guides and general information for their organisation to visit to vastly increase efficiency.

Hutchhouse completed user research into Adecco staff, producing personas and user stories to educate what each type would need. From here we went into user experience and interface design to complete an intuitive process within the new guidelines that had been produced.
